Drift GH is a Grasshopper plugin that adds two things Grasshopper doesn't have on its own:

Live collaborative editing - multiple people work on the same canvas at once, synced through a relay server, with shared selections and participant names and colors.
Git-backed version control - canvases live as files in a GitHub repo. The plugin never touches git directly; a relay server does every clone/fetch/push/repo-creation on your behalf, authenticated as you via GitHub OAuth.
